1、Legitimacy

Similar to the United States, different states make up the entire country of Mexico, and each has its own legislation. As of January 14, 2016, the third-party assisted reproduction has been loosened in Cancun and Quintana Roo, Mexico after the National Health Regulations Authority amended the Act. In addition, egg, sperm and embryo donation in Mexico is legal to provide infertility solutions for expectant parents, including heterosexual couples and partners of the lesbians, homosexuals, bisexuals and transgenders.

2、 Nationality of newborns

According to the Constitution of Mexico, anyone born in Mexico is a Mexican citizen. Mexico permits dual nationality.

3、 High cost performance

Compared to the standard price in the US, medical care is inexpensive and affordable. The cost in Mexico is about half that in the US.
